CDS-Ventures is a Florida corporation founded by Dr. Dawn-Elise Snipes and Charles Snipes. CDS-Ventures focusing on applying technology and an entrepreneurial spirit to solving problems and educating people. It has grown from a start-up vision to a profitable company. A portion of proceeds go to support animal rescues and homeless animals. (Saving animals is one of Dawn-Elise’s top priorities. She has worked with animal rescues since 1991.)
